You acknowledge and agree that farm, agricultural, rural, and animal-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Interaction with animals (including livestock, poultry, working animals, and wildlife)
• Uneven or natural terrain, fencing, tools, machinery, and farm equipment
• Exposure to weather conditions, insects, allergens, dust, pollen, and environmental elements
• Risks associated with farm-produced, raw, or minimally processed products
• Transportation, loading, unloading, handling, storage, or use of agricultural goods

These risks may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, economic loss, or death.

By accessing the Site, purchasing Products, using any goods or services offered by The Gentleman Farm, or visiting any physical farm, rural, or agricultural property operated by or affiliated with us, you voluntarily, knowingly, and expressly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, inherent or incidental.

This Farm Liability & Assumption of Risk section shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
